Lawn Apprentice ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and the lawn profile information you provide (such as grass type, lawn size, location, and soil test results). This information is stored securely using Supabase.
When you use the Clover AI chat feature, your messages and relevant lawn profile context are sent to OpenAI's API to generate responses. Please review OpenAI's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle this data.
We also collect activity logs, schedules, and other lawn care data you enter into the app.
We use your information solely to provide and improve the Lawn Apprentice service — including personalizing AI recommendations, calculating your lawn health score, and delivering push notifications you have opted into.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use third-party analytics services.
The Lawn Apprentice store contains affiliate links. When you purchase a product through a link in the app, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products we believe are genuinely useful for lawn care. Affiliate relationships do not influence our product recommendations.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
If you grant permission, we may send push notifications for scheduled lawn care reminders. You can disable these at any time in your device settings.
Lawn Apprentice is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete your data from our systems within 30 days.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
